Build a class around a peak pose

Pick the pose the whole sequence prepares for and unwinds from.

A peak pose is the climax of the class — the sequence opens and strengthens what it demands, places it at the intensity peak, and counterposes after.

Steps

  1. In the planner, open the Peak selector and choose a pose from the library.
  2. Generate — the draft builds toward your peak and unwinds after it.
  3. Check the preparatory poses target the right body areas, and adjust if needed.

Tips

  • Peaks work best with arcs that have a single climax — Gradual build or Peak & release.
