Mirror a pose or movement to the other side
Repeat a pose, a movement, or a whole selected run on the opposite side — left/right cues flip automatically.
Mirror builds the second side for you. It keeps your selection in place on one side, then appends a side-swapped copy of the whole block right after it — so Warrior II → Reverse Warrior → Side Angle becomes that run on the right, then the same run on the left.
Steps
- Select a single pose, a movement, or multi-select a run of poses.
- Tap Mirror (or press M with poses selected).
- The original stays labelled to one side; a copy is added after it for the other side.
- Review the appended block and adjust cues or timing if needed.
Tips
- Left/right wording inside cues flips automatically ("press the right heel" becomes "press the left heel").
- Poses whose name has no left/right get an explicit "Right side" / "Left side" note so the two halves are never identical.
- Mirroring a movement gives the copy its own "· Other side" group.
