Create a custom pose
Add your own private pose with full metadata so it flows into pickers, the timeline, and flow generation.
If a pose you teach isn't in the catalog, create your own. Custom poses are private to you and carry the metadata generation needs (intensity, positions, holds, contraindications), plus a symbol glyph in place of photo art.
Steps
- Open My Poses and choose Create a custom pose.
- Name the pose and set its details — intensity, positions, arc role, holds, and any contraindications.
- Pick a symbol glyph to represent it.
- Save — the pose now appears in pickers, the timeline, and flow generation.
Tips
- When you save a lesson, Studio learns the transitions around your custom poses so they suggest well next time.
- Custom poses stay private to your account.
