Subscribe to your schedule in Google or Apple Calendar
Sync your whole Weavana schedule — or just one class — to Google or Apple Calendar so your classes and any changes appear automatically, with one-tap links to teach or log feedback.
Studio gives you a private calendar feed of the classes you teach. Subscribe to it once in Google or Apple Calendar and it stays in sync — new, moved, and cancelled classes update on their own. You can sync your whole schedule or a single class, and every event links straight to teach mode and to logging feedback afterwards, so you can jump in right from the calendar entry on your phone.
Steps
- Open Schedule and tap Subscribe.
- Under “What to sync,” choose your whole schedule or one specific class.
- On Apple Calendar, tap “Add to Apple Calendar” — or copy the link and use File → New Calendar Subscription.
- On Google Calendar, copy the link, then choose Other calendars → From URL and paste it in.
- Prefer a one-time import instead of a live subscription? Tap “Download .ics” for a snapshot of the selected schedule.
- Tap any event in your calendar to open its teach-mode link before class, or its feedback link afterwards.
Tips
- The link is private to you — anyone who has it can see your schedule, so don’t share it. Tap “Reset link” to revoke it and generate a new one.
- Want a few classes on separate calendars? Subscribe once per class, picking a different class each time — they share the same private link with a different filter.
- Subscribed calendars refresh on their own timetable (often every few hours), so a brand-new class can take a little while to show up. Use Download .ics if you need it on your calendar right away.
- Private client sessions appear with the client’s name, just like in Studio.
