Add notes & announcements to a practice

Each practice on your calendar can carry a small list of notes and announcements — the things you want to say to the room before class starts, or just remember yourself.

Steps

1. Open Schedule and select the practice — the Notes & announcements list is in its detail panel.
2. Type a note and press Enter (or tap +) to add it: "workshop signups open", "studio closed next Friday", "bring two blocks".
3. When you start Teach mode, the practice's announcements appear on the Before class screen so you can read them to the room.
4. Tick items off from the schedule once announced — done items show struck through.

Tips

• Announcements belong to one practice, so a recurring class can carry different reminders each week.
